New to Pilates or just want extra guidance to focus on your form? This is the class for you. This class gets back to basics both in body set up and classic movements. At a slow pace, with a focus on educating you on how good form is set up and known and felt in your body as well as building confidence in the Pilates reformer repertoire to set you up to feel confident in any of our other class types.

Get back in to movement post birth and connect with other mums with young babies as well. Gentle, empowering movement through the first stages of motherhood post birth. Baby Well offers safe, supportive Pilates for postnatal recovery. With a focus on core stability, pelvic floor health, and mindful breath, we’re here to help you feel strong, nurtured, and deeply connected; to your body and your baby.
We have space to park your pram and there is a room for a capsule, rocker or baby mat next to your reformer. Babies under 12 months welcome. -

Through slow, intentional movement and deep, mindful breathing, you’ll create space, length, and lightness from within. This class melts away tension, soothes the nervous system, and restores a sense of calm while improving flexibility and mobility.
