At Nourished, we gently question the “shoulds” and “musts” of wellbeing, Pilates, and mindfulness. The pressure to look a certain way. To move a certain way. To “bounce back”. To push harder. To be more. We’re not here for that.
We believe movement is personal, and strength is something you feel - not something you perform.
At Nourished, we focus on how your body feels, how it moves, and how it supports you in your everyday life. Not how it looks. Because when you feel strong, steady and connected, confidence follows naturally.
There is no one-size-fits-all body. No single right way to move. So instead of prescribing, we listen first. We want to know you. Your story. Your body.
From there, we create a Pilates experience that feels truly yours - guided by deep expertise and even deeper care.
Our studio is intentionally small, home to ten Allegro 2 reformers. Not by accident, but by design. Because intimacy creates connection, and connection changes everything. Here, you are not just a number in a packed room. You’re known, noticed and understood.
