  • Download the Momence app and sign up for our Nourished Pilates account. You can then manage all your class bookings here (booking in, rescheduling, cancelling, purchases/payments)

  • We suggest arriving 5 - 10 mins before class. Just enough time to take your shoes off and get your favourite reformer bed. If it is your first class, our teachers will show you through the studio and give you a quick rundown of the bed.

  • Wear something comfy and free moving. No shoes are worn on the reformers, barefoot is fine or grippy socks if that is your preference. Bring a water bottle (but no glass). There is filtered water available in studio for a top up.

  • We totally get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan and things happen that we have no control over, but if you cancel less than 9 hours out or are a no show you will
 be charged for the session.

If you are a member and you cancel in less than 9 hours before the class you will incur a $10 late cancel fee.
If you are a no show, you will incur a $20 no show fee.

If you late cancel or no show, someone else misses out on the opportunity to come to class.

Refer here for all our Terms & Conditions.

  • It’s totally your call! Pilates is super flexible, so if you’re up for it every day, go for it! We do suggest at least one class per week to really feel and see those physical changes.

If you’re new to Pilates, coming more often at first can be helpful. It’s like learning a language - the more you immerse yourself early on, the smoother it gets!

  • If you are on the waitlist, it means you are waiting for a spot in a fully booked class. If your plans change and you can’t make it to class, please remove yourself from the waiting list. This opens a spot for someone else. Once you are added to a class from the waitlist its important to attend.
If you don’t decline the spot or you are a no-show, you will be charged a late/no-show fee.

Pro tip: If you decide you want to join a waitlisted class within 9 hours before it starts and notice an open spot, you can book directly in.

It’s a great opportunity to get in just before class begins.
Make sure you are subscribed to receive emails and or text notifications for reminders and schedule updates.

  • If you are new to reformer, that is ok! No experience required. We have you covered! Just make sure to arrive early to give our instructors time to introduce you to all the
areas of the reformer. We will guide you every step of the way through class, and its ok if you don't get everything perfect all at once! It’s progress, not perfection!

We can accommodate minor injuries and niggles through the session and give modifications if necessary. However,
it is important to remember that it is a class setting and we need to continue to keep the class moving through the session.

We encourage you to talk to our teachers prior to your session starting, so they are aware. If you prefer to flag
with us before your session, feel free to drop us an email at hello@nourishedpilates.com.au, and we will do our best to
guide with what’s best to do.

  • First of all, congratulations, how exciting!
